Panacea is a node-based AI creative workspace offering an infinite canvas, asset organization, online image and video generation, text assistance, and image enhancement. The Windows app is free to download; online generation consumes paid usage according to the selected model and parameters. Features depend on the currently available app and selected model's capabilities. Mentioning an unreleased platform or payment method does not make it available.
Accounts and devices
Provide accurate necessary information and protect login credentials, recovery codes, and devices. Do not share accounts to violate rules, evade restrictions, or use others' payment tools. If you lose credentials, use the existing recovery process or contact support.
Project files and materials are primarily stored locally and should be backed up regularly. Switching devices or accounts does not guarantee that local files have automatically synchronized to the cloud.
Prices, purchases, and delivery
Usage packs are sold according to the pricing and usage information. Prices, currency, benefits, and applicable conditions should be shown before payment. Review the order before paying. Usage units may appear as “credits” in the app; they measure service consumption and are not transferable or tradable currency.
After successful payment is confirmed, usage is credited to the corresponding account. A success page or payment-platform redirect alone does not establish delivery. If payment succeeds but the balance has not synchronized, retain the order number and contact support.
The current service is purchased by usage; these terms do not establish automatic renewal. Purchased usage does not expire merely because you have not logged in for a long period. Any expiry of promotional benefits is separately stated before you claim them. Refund conditions are set out in the Refund policy.
Task usage and failures
Images may be billed per request, dimensions, or output pixels; video by model, resolution, and duration; text by actual token usage. Review the parameters and usage estimate before generation. Actual usage is based on the corresponding order and server records.
Tasks may reserve usage before settlement on completion. Confirmed failures or eligible cancellations restore reserved usage through billing. Unconfirmed states are shown as processing or pending review, not as free successful tasks. Successfully delivered tasks are not automatically refunded by a later cancellation.
Materials and generated results
You must have the rights to use uploaded materials and comply with the Acceptable use policy. Pornographic, NSFW, explicit, sexually suggestive, violent, hateful, child-endangering, and other harmful content is prohibited. Do not use this service to make face-swapping, deepfake, or facial manipulation tools or to evade content safety restrictions.
Panacea is an independent product integrating third-party models, without affiliation or official endorsement from model providers. Currently offered underlying models and model families are disclosed in the model list on the pricing page and generation interface. Feature names, integration channels, and underlying models are accurately distinguished.
Generated results may contain errors, bias, repeated content, or details unsuitable for your purpose. Verify rights and applicable conditions before commercial publication or use involving portraits, trademarks, or other protected content. Results do not guarantee copyright protection, freedom from infringement, or suitability for medical, legal, or other professional decisions.
Uploading materials does not transfer ownership to Panacea. Processing necessary to perform your request is described in the Privacy policy. Use of results is also subject to the selected model's and third-party service's applicable conditions.
Restrictions, disputes, and termination
Network or model-provider failures and necessary maintenance may affect tasks. For account, payment, or service disputes, first provide order and task IDs for review. Do not falsify notifications or repeat requests to obtain usage repeatedly.
Violations may result in restrictions or account suspension after investigation, with reasons and an appeal process explained. Suspension does not permit arbitrary removal of balances or alteration of historical ledgers. Refunds and remaining usage must be handled according to actual benefits and applicable requirements.
These terms do not exclude non-waivable rights under applicable law or use a blanket disclaimer to avoid legally required responsibility. Disputes are handled under applicable law by competent authorities.
Updates and contact
Price adjustments apply only to new orders placed after the change and do not retroactively alter confirmed prices or historical bills. Material term changes are generally announced on the website or in the app 15 days in advance. New information processing or matters requiring renewed consent are handled separately under applicable requirements.
Support, refund, privacy, and content-report requests use the email on the contact page. After complete information is received, we reply to general service inquiries within 3 business days and privacy requests within 15 business days. For complex cases we explain reasons and next steps. Shorter deadlines required by applicable law take precedence.
